I've had this blog set up for quite some time and all it has done for me is collect cobwebs, so since I seem to have a moment on my hands, I have decided to write my inaugural entry. This little outpost's purpose on the information superhighway is to show my drawings, professional work, writing, and anything else that interests me enough to voice my opinion upon publicly. I will do my best to keep you, dear reader, up to date on the progression of my sojourn through life on planet Earth via my blossoming career as a cartoonist/illustrator as well as my possible future writing endeavors (opportunities and virtues permitting). My schemes and dreams will be open for your inspection like dissected frog in a sixth grade science class, so I hope that in your future visits to this blog you will perhaps learn something about yourself through these entries as I am continuously learning about myself as I publish them. If that is not your reason for visiting this blog, then I at least hope my scribbles amuse you.

The drawing you see above you is the first two pages of my latest sketchbook. It has a nice thick navy blue hardcover with paper that's at least inkable with a brushpen. My reason for purchasing a new sketchbook? Simple.....women. Sexy women at that (at least my definition of sexy). I used to have trouble drawing women, and this was my first real attempt at capturing on paper the female figure. I think I did a decent job, which is why I am posting it. I'm also into very strange things, so I thought it would be in my interest to draw women along with wierdness, so my drawing time would be enjoyable, hence the crocs. I call this drawing "Typhon". My reasons for naming it Typhon are Hermetic in nature. If you do some searching you'll be able to see why. The woman is the sixties fashion model Twiggy. I chose her because I liked the way she was standing in the photo I used as reference.

Now that you have been given a taste of things to come from this blog, I will now proceed to get some sleep. See you in the Twilight Zone.
